Esther here, or little sausage as my foster mom calls me!
I'm a 16 pound teddy bear. I might be 8 but since I'm a leap baby I act like more like I'm 2. I love to run and play with my doggy friends. I love, love, love empty water bottles. They make a great crinkling noise and are so much fun. My mom thinks she's funny hiding them at night so I can't play with them but I found a fair trade, and if she she let's me snuggle with her on the bed then I guess I can give up the water bottle! Playing outside is my other favorite thing. I am doing super good at going potty outside. My only requirement will be to have another small dog in the house.

Every dog is different, but here is some information on what bringing a breeder dog into your home can be like and some supports they may need to transition into their new life! While it can be challenging at first, it is incredibly rewarding to see these dogs grow and come out of their shells.
