Meet Grizz, our adorable pint-sized sidekick. Grizz is two years old & while we don’t know what’s all mixed in his DNA, we’re guessing: Papillon, Cairn Terrier, Pomeranian & maybe a little Jack Russell for some spice.
Given a new lease on life by our friends at HSMC, Grizzy Bear has bravely begun to trust his human & is working on trusting others as well. He often goes to work with his foster mom, which has helped expose Grizzy to new people, dogs, sights & sounds.
Once afraid of doors, being picked up, hands, and well…everything…Grizz now shows affection on a regular basis, often seeking gentle pets with boops of his nose.
Grizz has made many new doggie friends & loves chasing around the (fenced) yard with them. He enjoys sitting outside in the crisp fall air with the wind blowing through his long locks. 🤣
A quiet home without teacup sized children would be best for Grizz.
He still seeks out his cozy crate when he needs a break & we respect his space when he’s in it.
When not in his crate, he can be found snuggled in the chair next to his foster mom.
