I am Qtip, but please call me Cutie. I am a special girl who’s been in foster care for almost 9 months. I’ve made small gains in becoming a companion dog, but still have a long way to go. I’m doing great with house training & even give certain cues so mom knows when to let me outside. I’m also doing well walking on a leash, although loud noises startle me. I accept gentle petting & soft hugs. But, I need a very special adopter. I need someone who is very patient & accepting of me, just the way I am. It may take me a long time to adapt & recover from my traumatic past. Can you look into my eyes & commit to unconditional acceptance of me? I would love a forever family!
